Have you ever felt like you're on the cusp of something great but you just don't know how to achieve it?
What holds so many of us back from getting to the next level is simple ... we're scared of transition.
It's easy to do the same old thing day after day. That's why so many people do it.
But why don't you take a moment to really think about this question:
How would you feel if five years from now you're doing the exact same thing, making the same amount of money, and keeping your same routine.
Some of you might be okay with this. But we're pretty sure most of you hope to grow, change, and see bigger results in your life and business.
So where do we go from here?
Try these three simple steps to help you stop reacting to the fear of transition, and start taking action instead.
- Trust the discomfort. Reframe your thoughts on the icky feeling that comes with change. You might say, "Oh hey, discomfort! It's you again. The fact that your here must mean we're on to something good. I'm going to go ahead and embrace you instead of stopping the great growth work I'm doing."
- Purge what's not serving you. From unhealthy relationships to clothing that doesn't fit ... it's time to clear them out to make room for people and things that are life-giving and not life-draining.
- Take small leaps every day. Transitions don't have to be huge. If you haven't made any changes in a long time, start with something small and make it a daily habit. For example: adding a 15 minute walk to your lunch break. The more you practice this, the easier the biggies like quitting your job and launching your business will be.
And most importantly, surround yourself with people who also want to tackle big goals, don't want to live stagnant lifestyles, and want to see you live your very best life.
This is the most effective tool to rocking any transition.
We definitely know that this works as we see it everyday in the Propelle Mastermind. These women do not let each other slack.
