How do you show your personality through your style? How does your style relate to your business?
I feel that my personality as an individual is very different from my style. I find myself very care free and laid back. My style can be loud and bold and is an outlet to express myself. My style relates to my business in the fact that my images are very detailed as am I when dealing my with clients.
If you could name a nail polish color after yourself or your business, what would it be?
I guess if I had to pick a fun nail polish color to describe myself would be Glisten Green. I’m a very laid back individual but when it comes to photography, I love to add that extra detail to really make the image sparkle.
Not all flights are smooth. Tell us about how you handle turbulence in your business.
Being a freelance photographer does have its ups and downs. We all have a time of the year where business very slow. I just need to remind myself every time and again that I’m not alone and that all creatives go through this. I usually work on more personal projects to keep the excitement up, positivity high and the creative juices flowing.
Who is the wind beneath your wings?
My mom is the wind beneath my winds. She is an amazing woman and has always been there for me. She is a crafter and is always making something interesting out of used or found objects. The craft store is a place I visited a lot as a child watching my mother construct and design, while she got all the little accents for her creations. Watching my mother’s creative side work and flourish is one of the things that made me the creator I am today.
