How to nip fear in the bud.

How to quiet the voices that tell you that you aren't good enough. |

You are a badass.

And yet, you have this little voice inside your head that tells you things like, "That will never work." Or, "Who are YOU to put this out there?"

Perhaps it also tells you, "You won't be successful until you lose 15 lbs."

Or, maybe that voice is a sneaky bastard, seeping into the conversation and showing up as perfectionism. "This was too easy to be any good."

That voice has a name.

It's called FEAR. And it's taking up prime real estate in your head.

Name your fears. See them for what they are — a way to stop you from fulfilling your dreams. And take action anyway.

Because action quiets fear.

In fact, it strips fear of its power, allowing your dreams, passions, desires, and excitement grow louder and more confident.

Fear is likely to be ever present for us entrepreneurial types who love to push boundaries and try new things. And that's okay. What's not okay is to let fear be in control, preventing you from putting yourself out there and doing what you were put on this earth to do.

Here's to taking action even when it's scary and creating the space for your dreams to live loud and proud.
