Creating cash flow is crucial to any business.
It's also where many of us can get stuck.
Often, opportunities to earn are often right in front of us ... we just don't take the time to see them.
And sometimes, cash is lurking in places that we forget about.
This potential to earn is your "money on the table" — the low hanging fruit that we often overlook.
The good news: All you need is a little attention and time to get a little extra cash a flowin' in your biz.
Here are just a few ideas to help you locate and earn more revenue with ease.
1. Identify your loose ends.
Are there any people who have reached out to you as a potential client or customer that you have not followed up with? Is there something you have been working on but just need to finish up and ship?
2. Repackage. Repurpose. Recycle.
What have you already created that you can package in a different way? Can you add a bonus to a package or make it seasonal/holiday specific?
3. Raise your prices.
When was the last time you raised your prices? If you're head is spinning and you're packed to the brim with clients, this option is definitely for you.
4. Sweeten the deal for current customers/clients.
Instead of pursuing new customers or clients, check in with the ones you currently have or worked with in the past. Offer them something complimentary or an extension of what they have already purchased from you. Sometimes they just need a reminder that your business exists!
5. Clear out the old to make way for the new.
Is there an offering that is no longer serving you that you need to retire? Are there services you are paying for and not using that you can cancel?
Maybe your money on the table is not business related but you have some stuff you need to clean out and sell on Craigslist. (De-cluttering + cash = bonus!)
Putting it in action.
Spend 15 minutes brainstorming under each of these topics and you will most certainly find new ways to bring money into your business.
